SOLAS requires one of these markers to be mounted on each bridge wing attached to a 4kg lifebuoy. Mounted in its steel bracket on each bridge wing attached to a lifebuoy. Signal can be mounted up to 56m above sea level.

All Daniamant Lifebuoy lights are designed to deliver, as a minimum standard, the 2cd output specification and 2 hour duration required by IMO SOLAS.

Single shot, self-contained linethrower with integral striker mechanism. Rocket propels line 250m in calm conditions. SOLAS typically requires 4 units to be carried on board. Stowed in lockers on Bridge or strategically dispersed around ship.
